I originally went to Aspen Dental in 2016 for dentures. After years of not taking good care of my teeth, it was time. They pulled 16 remaining teeth and immediately put in my new dentures. I gotta be honest, for the next couple days, I didn’t think I would ever be able to eat again, but as I healed and after a few visits for them to tweak the fit, not only could I eat, but I again had a beautiful smile. After about a year, I went back and got my permanent set. Not only did they fit even better, but they were much lighter in weight. I could eat anything including steak and corn on the cob. Over the next few years, I managed to break a tooth out of the dentures a few times. ( Holding tools with my teeth or pulling the cap off the Sharpie with my teeth). Each time, they repaired then within a couple hours and there was no charge. (7 year warranty). My son lives in California and I live in Pennsylvania so I started thing about what I would do if they broke while visiting. A few years ago I went back to Aspen and had a spare set made for peace of mind. I can’t say enough about the treatment I received at Aspen. They were always friendly and made me feel at ease. Of course, the best suggestion I have is to take care of your teeth so you don’t need to get dentures, but if you do have the need, go to Aspen !

I had the best experience in my life at the Aspen dental in Monaca PA. My doctor was so kind and considerate and so was the assistant. All the other ladies that took my x-rays and did my cleaning or just totally awesome! And the office manager made my day taking care of a minimal amount of co-pay for me. She definitely needs a raise!

Staff are very friendly and patient. Good experience.

If you’re dealing with ongoing tooth pain or infection, a root canal may be the recommended treatment. At Aspen Dental in Monaca, our care team provides root canal treatment close to home—so you don’t have to wait to feel relief.

What is a root canal?

A root canal is an endodontic treatment that cleans infection inside your tooth so we can save it instead of taking it out. If left untreated, the pulp that has nerves or tissue may die as a result of infection. Left untreated, an infected tooth can cause damage and lead to other issues. At Aspen Dental, your comfort is our priority at every step—we’ll explain everything and keep you comfortable throughout the process. If cost is what’s holding you back, don’t delay your visit—we accept most insurances and financing options—so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Do I need root canal treatment?

You might need root canal treatment if you notice: tooth pain that doesn’t go away, sensitivity to hot or cold even after the infection is gone, pain when chewing, a cracked or broken tooth exposing the nerve, swelling in the gums or jaw, or a tooth that looks darker than the rest.
