This dental office, including every last person, is great. I had a major emergency and they worked me right in - same day!

Very comfortable about talking with the Dentists & staff about my different options for my dental treatment..

The moment I walked into the Aspen Butler office from the front desk to all the employees in the back I was treated very well. I had a new set of dentures made and they were very concerned and listened to me as to how they fit to having any issues that needed corrected. They went above and beyond to make me satisfied. I wish I could rate them a 10 because they deserve that and more. I would highly recommend this office. My daughter will also be going to this office to have dentures made for her.

If you’re dealing with ongoing tooth pain or infection, a root canal may be the recommended treatment. At Aspen Dental in Butler, our care team provides root canal treatment close to home—so you don’t have to wait to feel relief.

What is a root canal?

A root canal is an endodontic treatment that cleans infection inside your tooth so we can save it instead of taking it out. If left untreated, the pulp that has nerves or tissue may die as a result of infection. Left untreated, an infected tooth can cause damage and lead to other issues. At Aspen Dental, your comfort is our priority at every step—we’ll explain everything and keep you comfortable throughout the process. If cost is what’s holding you back, don’t delay your visit—we accept most insurances and financing options—so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

What’s the process of getting a root canal at Aspen Dental?

Do I need root canal treatment?

You might need root canal treatment if you notice: tooth pain that doesn’t go away, sensitivity to hot or cold even after the infection is gone, pain when chewing, a cracked or broken tooth exposing the nerve, swelling in the gums or jaw, or a tooth that looks darker than the rest. These are all signs of infection, and by treating it quickly, Aspen Dental could save your tooth.
