Dental cleaning in Altoona, PA

Had my first appointment today.
The wait was minimal and the staff are very kind and professional. So far, I’m happy with my choice to go there. 🙂
Edit:the hygienist was rude and treated me rough and accused me(at 60 years old) of not brushing my teeth! Her exact words were “do you ever brush your teeth?” !
And I am diligent at it! Sorry if I make a lot of tarter.. my old hygienist said some people just do.
I’m hoping to find somewhere else to go that takes my insurance. I haven’t gone back since.
I had my upper Signature Elite denture made 6 years ago at Aspen Dental in Altoona, PA. They did a great job back then but the teeth just didn’t look like my own. I had them relined a few times but other than that they have been great. Unfortunately, they broke right down the middle more than a year ago. I had them repaired 4-times within the past couple years until the most recent break. I was told the repair wouldn’t last. Dr. Garver evaluated and confirmed they would make me a new replacement upper denture. They were still under warranty so there was no cost to me. I also had them make me a partial denture for the bottom. The new upper and partial are beautiful! They look more like my natural teeth THANKS to Eric Gomin the artist who created them! Thank you so very much Eric! Dr Garver pulled one of my bottom teeth because it broke. THANKS to Dr. Garver and his assistant, this was the first time having a tooth pulled that didn’t hurt and I didn’t have a dry socket. A THANK you to Amy who was very friendly, helpful, and patient. I want to THANK the Receptionist staff who were also friendly, kind, and professional. The entire staff at Aspen Dental Altoona are professional, friendly, and very helpful. They are all extremely knowledgeable and fantastic! Thank you all!!
Office staff are great, patient with you, dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were all awesome, explained everything and were thorough. Explained treatment plan and willing to work with you on it. Great experience all together.
