Good Very nice employees
It was good ! Nicha was great!
I rarely do evaluations because they are usually a waste of my time. But I am doing this review because I was VERY impressed with my Aspen experience. The staff was very helpful and willing to find the best price for the work that I needed. I had already gone to 2 other dentists including a periodontist, at great expense for consultations I might add, and thought I might have to get upper dentures and implants which would have been very expensive. I was very happy to hear that I would not have to remove all of my upper teeth and would only need 2 implants, 2 extractions, and a bridge. I also found out that Aspen honored the current dental discount plan that I already had so that saved me more. The.staff also let me get my impressions done for my interim partial denture on my first visit so that I didn’t have to schedule an extra appointment for this. This was very helpful because I have to travel for 2 hours one way on mountainous roads to get to Aspen so it is not easy to get there from my home. Most importantly, I felt like the dentist was honest and was interested in what was best for me rather than looking for a way to charge me for more extensive treatment than I needed. I am hopeful that the work that is done will be completed successfully! I will be sure to submit a review after my work is completed. Thanks Suzanne Gold

Maintains good oral health

Regularly coming in for hygiene care helps remove anything that daily brushing and flossing can’t reach. It also helps to stop cavities from forming and makes addressing cavities early on easier.

Prevents gum disease

With regular hygiene visits, we can help maintain the health of your gums and oral health. The earlier you come in, the sooner we can prevent gum disease, minimize gingivitis or treat periodontitis.

Detects problems early

Coming in for a hygiene visit at least once every 6 months will help your care team detect any dental issues early on. This is essential to keep your smile at its best and your treatments and costs at a minimum.

Brightens your teeth

Built-up bacteria, plaque and tartar (calculus) are common causes of bad breath (halitosis) and a yellowing smile. With a professional cleaning, your hygienist clears it all away, leaving your mouth looking its best.

Regular preventative dental cleanings are for many patients. They are: recommended at least every 6 months, also known as preventative hygiene services or prophylaxis, designed to remove daily buildup, such as plaque, tartar and stains above the gum line. Deep cleanings are for patients showing advanced signs of periodontitis. They are: recommended based on your level of periodontitis, also known as scaling and root planing, and periodontal treatment and designed to remove build up and bacteria below the gum line to prevent the spread of infection further. When you come in for a checkup, your Aspen Dental dentist will guide you on which option is right for you based on your exam.

Typically, yes. Many dental plans cover preventative dental cleanings twice a year at little or no cost. Periodontal maintenance may have partial coverage, depending on your plan. Check if your insurance is accepted.

Dental cleanings, or preventative hygiene services, start with a screening. Your hygienist will review your teeth and gums before removing light plaque and tartar. After, they’ll polish your teeth to remove any surface stains for a brighter smile. After your hygiene care, your Aspen Dental dentist will review your oral health and recommended any needed follow-up care.

If you’ve recently had a dental cleaning, here’s how you can keep that freshly-cleaned feeling longer: brush your teeth twice a day, floss in between your teeth everyday, drink water throughout the day, try an electric tooth brush and water flosser for a more effective daily care routine, skip excess sugar, and come to your routine 6-month checkups. With these small habits, you can keep your smile at its best in between visits.
