I don’t have the words to describe just how ACCOMODATING the staff at this dentist office have been, they’ve have ALL been outstanding. I’m old n crippled up and I have spoiled cows I have to hire a babysitter for just to leave the farm and calves constantly jumping the electric polyrope fence and catching it with their back hoofs n putting the fence back up al the time before I leave the farm makes me run late. They’ve been great and very understanding! I greatly appreciate it.
Changing dentist cause the visit was really good. All are so friendly and gave me information I should have been told.
My visit to Aspen Dental this past week was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist! As someone who experiences a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits and cleanings, I cannot express how much I appreciated the kindness, patience, and compassion shown by the entire staff at the St. Clairsville location.
Chelsee was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to explain everything she was going to be doing, walked me through each step, and continuously made sure I was comfortable and doing okay. Her patience and understanding made what would normally be a stressful experience so much easier. Lilianna was also incredibly kind, reassuring, and supportive throughout my visit, which truly helped put my mind at ease.
Peggy, the office manager, was equally amazing! She was extremely patient, understanding, and thorough when discussing my future treatment plans. She took the time to explain what each step would involve and made the scheduling process feel much less overwhelming. I never once felt rushed or pressured, and I truly appreciated that.
From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the doctors, hygienists, and assistants in the back, everyone made me feel welcomed, respected, and cared for. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their patients, not just their dental health, but also their comfort, concerns, and overall experience. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients feel heard, understood, and taken care of.
Finding a dental office where you feel comfortable and confident in the care you’re receiving makes such a difference, especially when you struggle with dental anxiety. I’m incredibly grateful to have had such a positive experience and actually feel excited about moving forward with my dental care!

What is a root canal?
A root canal is an endodontic treatment that cleans infection inside your tooth so we can save it instead of taking it out. If left untreated, the pulp that has nerves or tissue may die as a result of infection. Left untreated, an infected tooth can cause damage and lead to other issues. At Aspen Dental, your comfort is our priority at every step—we’ll explain everything and keep you comfortable throughout the process. If cost is what’s holding you back, don’t delay your visit—we accept most insurances and financing options—so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
