Had an appointment on April 1 for a check up. The receptionist was very kind and professional. She definitely recommended the membership program that is an option for those who has no insurance. Didn't believe in the program prior to the consultation. However, going through the exam and x rays. The staff is very kind and loves to stick objects in your mouth.( Very thorough) When I got through the x rays it took some time like 10 minutes or more for the doctor to perform the oral exam.
After all that then finally the consultation is next. I expected a plan of action and follow up appointment. In which it was however it was mostly the Consultant wants to focus more on the financial options that require getting a credit card and spending more money than getting you the best price. As an example: Didn't know that you do not have to get the 200 dollar toothbrush and floss bundle. I recommend asking a pen and paper list of every cost for each treatment and pick and choose to what makes sense for you.
For me the saving grace was that Receptionist, very knowledgeable and cares about the patients. You do not talk with her a lot. Please!!!!! Make the effort!!! You must give her 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Hailey: the receptionist
