Dental care in Ontario, OH - Mansfield

From my first call with Tori to make an appt & have questions answered, I was treated with respect & professionalism. My first appt I was greated by Tori with a smile, kindness, & professionalism . After I had x-rays & a consultation with Tara, who was so sweet, professional & knowledgeable, I saw Doctor Dax. He was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, personable & compassionate to my needs. Then I spoke with Kim, who verified my insurance coverage & other financial assistance in taking care of my dental needs. She listened to me first & answered my questions. She was very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, & made me feel cared for. She assured me respectfully that I will be taking good care of & set up my next appt. I was So Happy, Extremely Grateful, & Emotional! I've been to 3 other Dentist who didn't listen to me or help me with my dentures. I cried in disbelief & was so relieved & thankful! She hugged me & made me feel cared for! I'm so grateful for them all & looking forward to my next appointment! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much, Doctor Dax, Kim, Tara, & Kim!!

I am a new patient to this practice. My first visit, even though I did not have insurance, was exceptional. My X-rays and exam were very thorough and both the tech and the Doctor could not have been kinder. Today I returned in preparation for a much needed crown. I spent many years ignoring my teeth because, as a child, I had terrible experience with a dentist. Because of this, I am always nervous about dental procedures. Especially with a new dentist. I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER APPOINTMENT!! The novocaine was barely a pinch and the doctor explained everything all along the way. I am so happy to have found Aspen Dental in Ontario, Ohio.
