All of the dental assistants I encountered were kind and caring and took the time to be patient with me due to some dental anxiety. Dr. Barnes was the BEST! She was so gentle and caring and informed me of my current dental health and what needed done in a very nice way that made me feel much less anxious. Jolie came in and explained to me what she was doing and also explained the importance of hygiene. Madison was so clear and informative when it came to the consult. I didn't feel like I was being sold treatment I didn't need and I also didn't feel overwhelmed or pressured at all; it felt like a comfortable conversation about what the future holds and it also actually made me excited to get my treatment done. I called the office the other day to ask a question about my treatment plan and Chanesse was beyond amazing in helping me understand the step by step process and how things would go. Aspen Dental in Defiance brought my confidence back and I look forward to my visits with them!
