Great job
Everyone was friendly and informative.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this office and the people who work here.
I came in with years of dental problems, embarrassed about the condition of my teeth and terrified of what the dentist was going to tell me. I had been putting off getting help for a long time because I was so scared that my teeth were beyond saving.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was wonderful. They managed to squeeze me in on very short notice after a terrible experience at another location, and I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect.
The dentist was absolutely amazing. After looking at my xrays, she sat down and asked me what I wanted to do. I told her I knew my teeth were in bad shape, but I wanted to save as many as possible. Instead of telling me what couldn’t be done, she simply said, “Okay, let’s take a look.”
She took her time examining every tooth and explaining what we could save and what needed to go. She was so gentle with the way she explained everything. Not once did she make me feel embarrassed, judged, or ashamed.
When we talked about removing my damaged front teeth, she told me that she doesn’t like letting her patients leave her office without front teeth. I don’t think she realizes just how much those words meant to me.
I walked into this office expecting the worst, and I walked out with a treatment plan, appointments scheduled, and I felt excited instead of anxious.
I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for a better dentist. Her kindness, patience, and compassion made what I expected to be one of the hardest appointments of my life into one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider.
If you’re embarrassed about your teeth or scared to go to the dentist, I cannot recommend this office enough.
Thank you to everyone who helped me today, especially my dentist. You have no idea how much of a difference you made for me.
