As I planned to cancel my appointment (I have dental insurance), I received a call from Victoria to do a pre-appointment information call. I explained my concerns to her and Victoria very clearly explained the process of having new patients join their dental practice.
Victoria was very polite, easy to talk to and obviously very convincing. If Victoria hadn't called me, I would have canceled my appointment and just stayed with my very expensive dentist in Massachusetts.
