I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Aspen Dental. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, which has unfortunately caused me to put off dental care in the past. From the moment I came in, everyone made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely free of judgment.
I originally came in with an extremely painful tooth infection, and the entire team was incredibly kind and helpful. When my pain and swelling became worse, they went out of their way to get me back into the office quickly and start treating the tooth. I was in an unbelievable amount of pain, and the dentist was patient with me, gave me breaks when I needed them, and made a genuinely awful situation so much easier to get through.
What really stands out to me is how much everyone seems to care. They’ve answered my questions, explained my treatment plan, worked with me financially, and made someone who normally dreads the dentist feel comfortable coming back. I also have quite a bit of additional dental work coming up, and for the first time I’m actually excited about getting my teeth taken care of and being able to feel confident about my smile again.
I know dental offices don’t always get recognition when things go well, so I wanted to make sure this team gets theirs. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been amazing, compassionate, helpful, and even able to make me laugh when I was nervous. I’m extremely grateful for how I’ve been treated and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone, especially someone who has dental anxiety.
