I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist so I was on edge when I initially came in. I was in a lot of pain so I had no choice but to be seen and from the start the staff were welcoming and caring. All the staff members I encountered were great and made my experience a great one. The operations manager Tiffany was of a great help and explained everything to me and helped me with all my needs, she is very informative and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely get all my dental work done at the Henrietta office and I highly...HIGHLY recommend anyone with anxiety to do so as well. Thank you to all the great staff members at the office for your service it is greatly appreciated.
