Once you’re off the highway and driving south on NY-23 E/NY-28 S, you’ll use the left two lanes to turn left onto NY-23 E. Look out for Panera Bread on your right, and at the next intersection, which is also the entrance to Southside Mall, take a left away from the mall into the strip mall across the street.
