Dr. Hanna completely fixed my fear of dentists and formed a treatment plan for the future which I was allowed to adjust, as needed. She makes it a very autonomous process and has an excellent bedside manner. Very knowledgable and delicate. Darlene, DeeDee, Nicole and all of the staff at Aspen dental were phenomenal. Bobby is a great hygienist and very informative. Very happy with their care -- recommend to all!!

I had a really great experience at Aspen Dental from start to finish. The whole team was welcoming, and the atmosphere in the office immediately made everything feel more comfortable and less stressful than a typical dental visit.
The front desk experience was also outstanding and really set the tone even before I arrived. Taylor was the one who helped me schedule my appointment, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She made the whole process feel simple and stress-free, answered my questions without hesitation, and made sure I got a time that worked well for me.
After that, Darlene handled my confirmation and insurance details, and she was just as amazing. She was very warm and reassuring, and took the time to go over everything clearly so I actually understood what my insurance covered and what to expect financially. She explained the next steps in a straightforward way, helped break down the process so there were no surprises, and made sure I felt comfortable heading into my visit.
Dee Dee did my X-rays and was very gentle and efficient. She explained what she was doing as she went, made sure I was comfortable, and got everything done quickly without it feeling rushed or awkward.
Lenny handled my 3D scan and made the process really smooth. She walked me through what was going to happen, made sure I was positioned correctly, and got everything done quickly and comfortably without any issues.
Bobby completed my hygiene exam and was both thorough and easygoing. He took his time checking everything carefully, explained what he was seeing in a way that made sense, and kept the whole experience relaxed so it didn’t feel stressful at all.
Dr. Hanna was excellent! Very professional, patient, and really took her time going over my X-rays and explaining my treatment plan clearly. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I actually understood everything before moving on.
Nicole was also great during my consultation. She answered all my questions, broke everything down clearly, and made sure I left feeling confident about the next steps.
In all, it was just a really solid experience with a team that genuinely seems to care about their patients and making them feel comfortable. Definitely recommend Aspen Dental.
