Dental care in Lawrence, NJ

I had such a great experience here. My examination was very thorough, and everyone was so kind—Kay is SUCH a sweetheart and so helpful every step of the way!! I saw Dr. Gohil and he was also very nice and informative! I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, quality service, and takes their time with your visit

Upon arrival, I was stressed about providing my insurance information, and there were slight hiccups in the making for progress to come along. I got discouraged and felt ashamed and was afraid I’d be wasting the office’s time. So by the time I got called back I was reluctant to even BE a patient of Aspen Dental. But I’m not a defiant client, and I don’t want to be banned, so of course you go, right? Assistant Kay directed me towards where I would take my X-rays, and from there, the experience went smoothly. She was very warm and encouraging, occasionally telling me how good I was doing in the process. She coached me through in for lack of a better term, a shepherding way. I felt afraid to be receptive to the experience at first, but once I accepted it, I had a great time. No regrets. I appreciate her kind presence, especially since it reminded me of how impressive the heart of the healthcare worker is. Not only was she friendly to me, she was friendly to MY friend who came with me for moral support. She was funny, and down to earth. Professionally personable. The staff there are amazing. For my introduction to the office, that was a highlight of my day. I struggle with chronic dissociation, but her approach was consistent and her personality a breath of fresh air. The others only added to the feel. I walked out feeling dignified and supported. I kind of wanted to keep the feeling of the experience for myself. I might have savored it enough. But consider this the seed I’ve sown into the joy I hope the gift would bring her. Thanks, asst. Kay. I got out of my comfort zone speaking to you and starting at a new office and you instantly made it comfortable!! (And shout out Ms. Loza- not to cramp your spotlight, Kay - you were patient and understanding with me, explaining thoroughly what my plan looked like and the costs; I hope I make the fiscal requirements to start my treatment!!) P.S: I may be doing too much. But I was experiencing a lot mentally, and that brought laughter to my day, which did a lot for me. That’s medicine. So I guess that was part of my treatment, ha-HA!

Kay was amazing helping my friend with her appointment, and as someone who’s looking for a new dentist office to create a relationship with. I’m definitely coming here!!. Wish I could give 10 stars
