I was able to get a last-minute appointment within 13 hours of breaking a tooth. The consultation process was wonderful. They explained everything fully to me and explained all of my options. The reception, management, and dentistry staff were welcoming, kind and friendly. I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. If I can give an extra star for not having to wait, I would. The office in general was very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely recommend this to anybody for last-minute care or as a regular dentist.
Aspen Dental really made me comfortable during my appointment and my upcoming appointments. Thank you so much for your patience,
From the moment I walked in to the Reception area I could tell that this was gonna be a great experience. First of all, this was a last-minute appointment. I have never been a patient. They got me in at a location that I was close to within seconds. I received a phone call to try to set up the insurance. Margaret was amazing and thorough and helpful and professional unfortunately, my showing do not cooperate. And I had to reschedule for the next morning, but that was on me and my insurance company by the time I left I was all set to walk in and be seen at 7 AM. At 7 AM I was quickly taken back. X-rays were taken. Dennis came in and then the doctor they quickly thoroughly explained everything and with the dental work that I wanted to have done cosmetically they scheduled it for the very next hour meanwhile, I met with Lisa and went over finances, which was easy and a breeze and quite affordable. We chatted. Had a nice time and took care of business.
