Can’t say enough about the staff at Aspen Dental in Wilkesboro. Everyone was truly amazing. Extremely friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.
Went to Aspen after finding out I needed a crown and my current dentist was out of the network. Called Aspen to make sure they accepted old peoples insurance (United Healthcare) and made an appointment with them. I am so glad I did! First appointment I was met with a friendly receptionist. I was then taken for x-rays and then to my room. (Please excuse me from not remembering names, I am horrible at that) The assistant went over why I was there and and how they could help. She took down all my information and then I was met by a very friendly, nice hygienist who talked to me about about some of the problems she could see on x-ray. Although she couldn't answer for the doctor she went over on how to treat my problems. When the Dr came in I was met with a very nice Dr that explained my problems, gave me options I can do, and all with friendly talk in between explanations. She let me talk to financial consultant on what I wanted to do and what I didn't want to do. She was very informative and gave me options for the course I wanted to take. All in all I really was at ease with everyone I came in contact with and look forward to getting started (even though I hate to go to the dentist).....I think Aspen just might change my mind ! A five star rating all the way around!!
It was a great experience. I had to go back a few times right after my extractions , & they got me in immediately. Now that I’m all done & have a beautiful smile, I would recommend Aspen to everyone.
