Cosmetic dentistry in Mebane, NC

What a great place with amazing people. I went in yesterday experiencing pain from a broken tooth - Dawn at the front desk was like a breath of fresh air. I was experiencing pain and couldn’t sleep for the last 2 nights because of it. Not sure exactly where to start, not having insurance also - she set me up with the Aspen Dental Plan ($49). I didn’t have an appointment and I actually walked in about 2 minutes before they actually open - automatically a great sign seeing as how they will go above and beyond for those in need. There were 2 people before me, both had appointments and I could tell they were pretty busy already. I didn’t have to wait very long - they worked me into the schedule to take care of the pain I was experiencing. Very polite & patient with me seeing as I’m not the most easygoing person when I’m experiencing pain. When they sent me back, I next met with a DA (Reece) to take an x-ray of the tooth in question. She was relatively new - but did an amazing job. Got everything right the first time, and I could tell she was confident in her position which made me feel comfortable. Next, I met with Alissa for a consult. I did end up setting up a payment plan to get everything squared away, so I paid $75 for that. In total I spent $124 for the tooth removal - much less than the total for a tooth removal without insurance (around $300). I told Alissa about my YouTube channels and she expressed interest, so I wrote them down for her. Such a sweet woman. Lastly and most certainly not least, Rachel Thompson took care of my tooth. With hands like an angel, I could barely tell that she had pulled it. I was so happy and thankful to have her as my dentist, I could really tell that she knew what she was doing. Also very patient, kind, and caring. Teeth cleanliness quite obviously has not been a priority in my life for many years - especially coming from being an alcoholic with over 2 years of sobriety at this point. I really appreciate them not looking down on me in that way seeing as I’ve just recently over the last 3-4 years or so have been trying to turn my life around. Thank you all so much for your help and I most definitely will be back.

My family has been going to Aspen Dental in Mebane for two years and we've had a great experience with them. They are very friendly and practice that small town charm. Recently, we learned that our insurance was dropped, but were not notified. Aspen didn't even get notified. Long story short; denied claims paired with large bills and a wonderful staff (Dawn and Alyssa) that went out of their way to work with the insurance company to get it resolved are what the holidays are all about. Helping others find resolution. Unfortunately, our insurance won't cover us at Aspen anymore, but I really appreciate them and the care they have provided us these last two years.

Dr Thompson was highly skilled in doing my fillongs and crown prep with Emma assisting. All around awesome. Poluca (spelling?) was a great hygienst. Highly recommend.
