6/2 - Was experiencing extreme tooth pain. The team at Aspen was able to get me in within 2 hours. Every person i interacted with was professional, they also were able to calm my nerves as I am not a big fan of the dentist office. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. I will be a lifetime client now. I recommend you do the same.
6/9 - Went back today to get the 1st part of my Deep Cleaning done and to have a cavity filled. Just as last time the person at the desk was very polite and made sure I knew when someone would be out to get me. I would then be brought back for the procedures. Everyone there made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain thoughtout. If you are looking for a dentist I can not recommend them enough. And this is coming from a person who has been avoiding a dentist for the past 10 years.
If you’ve ever had a fear, or any doubts about going to dentist….then look no further. This particular Aspen Dental was nothing like I ever expected. The staff here are exceptional in every way. When I 1st called, I spoke with Alexa, I was explaining what had happened about losing my upper denture, and she was so apologetic about what had happened and how these things always happen at the most in opportune times, spending time with me, and putting my mind at ease. She then gave me the option of coming in that day. She had a few times that were available to come in that day, and I did, and it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. She is so precious and kind, and is a great asset to this office. After I went back it only got better. I’m a very talkative outgoing person and sometimes my anxiety will show through, when I am meeting everyone that was involved in my care. And EVERYONE made me feel so welcome, and put my mind at ease.
A male dentist came in with a great chair side manner, and checked out my gums, gave me his opinion of what would work best for my tiny little mouth. He was also very pleasant. I had lost my upper denture and my thinking of what I really wanted was possibly get a few implants and a possible bridge? I wasn’t sure. After he left a few other girls walked in, and after meeting “Waad” I felt like I had a new place to call home…..my dental home that is. Another employee that I now call the little sister I never had. She too was so genuine.
Everyone I met I felt like I was someone special, I had never felt that way, with all the dentist I had seen throughout my life. Everyone got along well, we’re more than willing to help each other, and I thought to myself…. this office has the best staff that I’ve ever seen. Everyone worked so well together.
And that is very hard to find these days. I then went into Tyler’s office to talk business….as she is the business manager. She’s not only so patient and not overbearing in the least. And that’s what I had experienced in my past. But not her, not only was she “cool” as anyone from the Bronx would expect. Most people would be surprised that in her position she would be pushy and eagar to make that quick money…..but no, she was helpful in trying different ways I could pay and not ever one time try and just push me into something and go on to the next. She is someone I feel I could trust, and she is going to make sure you walk out of there happy and content with your decision. And last but not least the beautiful, sweet, and sincerely kind dentist came in smiling, it was past her time to leave. But she and the very knowledgeable girl from the lab stayed til after 8 pm to make sure that I would have these ready before my birthday on that coming weekend. I’m telling everyone if you have dental needs, and haven’t seen anyone yet. You would be doing urself a big injustice, and miss out on getting the best treatment from every single employee in that building. So it’s ur choice. I think I’ve made myself clear on what the right choice is going to be.

If you’re dealing with ongoing tooth pain or infection, a root canal may be the recommended treatment. At Aspen Dental in Garner, our care team provides root canal treatment close to home—so you don’t have to wait to feel relief.
What is a root canal?
A root canal is an endodontic treatment that cleans infection inside your tooth so we can save it instead of taking it out. If left untreated, the pulp that has nerves or tissue may die as a result of infection. Left untreated, an infected tooth can cause damage and lead to other issues. At Aspen Dental, your comfort is our priority at every step—we’ll explain everything and keep you comfortable throughout the process. If cost is what’s holding you back, don’t delay your visit—we accept most insurances and financing options—so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Do I need root canal treatment?
You might need root canal treatment if you notice: tooth pain that doesn’t go away, sensitivity to hot or cold even after the infection is gone, pain when chewing, a cracked or broken tooth exposing the nerve, swelling in the gums or jaw, or a tooth that looks darker than the rest.
