Hailey was so nice and very gentle with my Xrays! Dr. Shayan is also very thorough with explaining what I need to make my smile better! I had a wonderful experience at Aspen!
Exceptional service from all involved! It was truly a great and welcoming experience. The technology here is amazing. I will go back to this dentist time and time again. Doctor Shayan was knowledgeable and encouraging. He was very specific and detailed explaining my exams and game plan. The Xray tech was sweet and down to earth. Even taking about the billing process was great the technician made sure i understood what exactly i was getting charged for and the options i had available. I cannot recommend a more welcoming facility.
**UPDATE**: Visit 4- WOW (wonderful again!)
To catch y’all up, after 14 years away from dental care, returning wasn’t easy for me, especially with my extreme dental anxiety (read below). The incredible professionals at my Aspen Dental are the only reason I’ve continued coming back. At my latest visit, everyone remembered me, seemed genuinely happy to see me! That kindness meant more than they probably realized.
As a retired Air Force medic, I know how much compassionate patient care matters. Being on the receiving end of that patience, empathy and care has made such a huge difference for me.
During this visit, my dentist spent an hour carefully cleaning my teeth and encouraged me by recognizing my efforts to improve my gum health. He also thoroughly re-evaluated my injured front teeth and planned to consult with the oral surgeon. I’m returning tomorrow to discuss a care plan, and I’m grateful they’re working to find solutions that meet my needs.
I know I still have a long road ahead, but this team alone, has helped me feel comfortable and confident enough to keep going. Thank you for treating me with kindness, respect, and compassion.
I wholeheartedly recommend this team, especially to anyone who feels anxious about dental visits or has put off care for years (like I did). Their kindness helped me find the courage to return, and I’m forever grateful.
ORIGINAL-1st visit
I Just saw these folks and they’re all angels of mercy. I busted up my face from a fall while running this morning and I was able to get seen within 1 1/2 hours of trauma. I’ve had a severe phobia of “dental stuff” for literal decades (since I retired from the military), and avoided it altogether, doing the best I could with what I had.
These folks were compassionate, and took the time to explain procedures and provide comfort.
Moreover, they were respectful, understanding and professional.
I’ll be back, because I’ve been away too long. For folks like me- Don’t be scared; these are good folks who genuinely seem to care about you as a person. Obviously, highly recommended. Aspen Reviewer-please share my gratitude to them; they handled a total basket case with pure finesse, empathy, and professionalism.
