After having problems with my dentures, not fitting right, popping out a lot, using a lot of adhesive.....I was ready to dump Aspen, but I decided to see if they'll make it right.
Erica at the front desk was so nice she made it seem like she knew me for ever. I never saw her before. I know they are told to be nice but Erica was really sincere and genuine. ( she was doing a lot at once..so the attention I got made a difference).
Ashley took me to a room very quickly asked some questions. She really listened to my complaints took notes and went to get someone to help me. She made every attempt to make me comfortable. Well done.
Zeb came in looked at Ashley's notes asked some questions and said he knew exactly how to fix the dentures. He took the plates and left room.
Zeb gone only a few minutes Ashley came back with a updates on Zeb progress very frequently while I waited. Upon their return the two apologized for the " long wait".....it really wasn't that long. Zeb explained to me what he did.. He did things that weren't done to plates before thinning the high uneven spot, bringing weight down etc... He was so patient and caring he actually told to me I wasn't to leave till I was happy with adjustment..
The plates felt great what a difference THEY FIT... THE BOTTOM STAY IN WITH OUT GLUE...although I'm still gonna use glue for comfort. After a week they still feel and fit GREAT..I canceled follow up appointment because there wasn't anything to correct..
These three people not only made it right but they saved Aspen from losing a customer....THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH...I'll be back!!!!!!!
Went to Aspen when they opened in St. cloud, had work done, and redone.
Was told Ill get used to changes....Ready to dump Aspen but went back for adjustment. The encounter was great Erica at front desk was great. Ashly did a wonderful job. Zeb the tech who made the adjustments OUTSTANDING.The adjustments were great in the chair and stayed that way a week after. I even canceled the follow up because there was nothing to redo...I m very glad I went back and happy with changes...These three people were SUPER.. they saved the Company from losing a customer......THANK YOU!!
I needed oral surgery to remove a broken tooth with deep roots. I paid up front and they got me into oral surgery that same day at their St. Cloud location. Literally saved me, I would have had to wait for weeks with an abscessed tooth to get into Cetrasota Oral Surgery. I had 3 different referall from a dentist, an entodontist, and my GP doctor, Cetrasota wouldn't accept any of them!! Said it had to come from a dentist in their referall network i.e. Monticello, St.Cloud. Save some time and go to Aspen Dental.

If you’re dealing with ongoing tooth pain or infection, a root canal may be the recommended treatment. At Aspen Dental in Saint Cloud, our care team provides root canal treatment close to home—so you don’t have to wait to feel relief.
What is a root canal?
A root canal is an endodontic treatment that cleans infection inside your tooth so we can save it instead of taking it out. If left untreated, the pulp that has nerves or tissue may die as a result of infection. Left untreated, an infected tooth can cause damage and lead to other issues. At Aspen Dental, your comfort is our priority at every step—we’ll explain everything and keep you comfortable throughout the process. If cost is what’s holding you back, don’t delay your visit—we accept most insurances and financing options—so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Do I need root canal treatment?
You might need root canal treatment if you notice: tooth pain that doesn’t go away, sensitivity to hot or cold even after the infection is gone, pain when chewing, a cracked or broken tooth exposing the nerve, swelling in the gums or jaw, or a tooth that looks darker than the rest.
