Dr Candido, Heather, Rosie, and the whole team were all exceptional. I'm sad to say I didn't catch her name, but the gal who did my x-rays and got me started was a ton of fun and we had a great time (strange thing to say about a trip to the dentist but it's the truth)! They were incredibly thorough and were upfront about what they were doing and how they were going about it.
Rosie made quick work of my gum and hygiene analysis and didn't miss a thing. She explained to me what was going on, the best treatments to get me back on track and made one of the worst parts of a dental appointment almost unnoticeable.
Heather was very upfront about my dental coverage, and offered me scheduling options for all pieces of my care without being pushy or demanding. I have this thing about the decisions I make being respected and once I said I would need to wait on something or I needed to discuss the cost with my partner, that was that. There was no pressure or change in my service, and I can't say how much I appreciate it.
Dr. Candido was thorough and gave me his full attention while in the room. He went through and checked out my teeth (I made the appointment because I have been dealing with a large cavity for many months and finally have the insurance to get it fixed) assessed the problem and even explained that he would be using "nerd speak" while doing the examine and he would translate it to me after. He pulled up my x-rays on a tv screen and actually showed me what was going on and carefully explained my care options.
I have a lot of work scheduled with Aspen coming up and I am confident that I will continue to receive the best care available. They have a great team and I'm privileged to be in the hands of such great people.

Dr. Candido is great! Genuine and personable bedside manner. The filling he supplied is both comfortable and sturdy. Shout out to his assistant Kayla and my hygienist Rosie! What kind and knowledgeable people.
