I have only positive things to say. They were friendly, helpful, would make sure I understood any explanaitions on any questions I had, and made sure the "pain factor" was not there. From the front desk to finacial, and everything in between, no downside at all. Take into account I travel 2 1/2 hours one way to get to the office in Duluth Minnesota, and that should also tell you something.

Everyone here is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the entire team truly cares about their patients. They make what can be one of the most stressful and uncomfortable appointments feel easy and reassuring. Both, Dr. Dias and Dr. Ellie, dentists who have worked on my teeth have been incredibly patient, thorough, and gentle. Cassidy and Susie, the dental hygienists are attentive, kind, and always make sure I’m comfortable. The financial office staff are just as wonderful… they’re patient, clear, and always willing to take the time to explain billing and future appointments. I’ve had bad experiences with dental visits all my life and dread it, but after many appointments here, I’ve never once been disappointed. I truly feel well taken care of every time. Highly recommend!
