I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. They scheduled my appointment right away, greeted me warmly, and took very good care of me throughout the visit. Everything was smooth, professional, and well organized.
Going to the dentist is never fun, but they made me feel comfortable. Gaby helped me with everything and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. The team treated me with respect and clearly explained all of the procedures. I was very happy with my visit and will definitely continue using their services.
I had the BEST doctor today. I came in with my tooth hurting all weekend and had to have the tooth pulled. I received an immediate appointment and Dr Gajjar and her assistant Ms Dom was AWESOME they made my experience painless. I also want to sincerely thank Ma Gabby for being patient and Ms Evelyn for helping me with the charges. GREAT Service and BEYOND exceptional care. THANK YOU
I was currently a patient at the Hanover facility and was able to switch everything over to the Westminster facility with ease.
The Westminster facility is much closer since I live within 10 mi. All the staff were professional and courteous. Highly recommend especially if you travel. Aspen Dental has a facility in my favorite vacation area, pigeon forge Tennessee.
12/20/23 Really enjoy the services provided at Aspen. Recently had the crown placement after an implant and all the staff go above and beyond expectation.
Update 4/7/26 not happy right now, my most recent visit was for a repair of a filling that was performed at the same facility and was charged for. They say they participate in insurance however they only partially do. This visit also included x-rays I didn't ask for nor did the facility check to see if the insurance covered, which they did not. They are expecting me to pay for this service without informing me I would have to cover the charges, can't do that in Maryland. It's sad to think it's time for a new dentist.
