I loved my visit with Aspen Dental. When I first came in the front staff Kayla, Katelyn, and Kathleen were all very welcoming and got me checked in right away. My wait wasn’t long before I was pulled back by an assistant Katie who took my x-ray and got me seated. She was very through and asked all the questions as to why I was there and my previous dental experiences. The doctor was very kind and was very helpful. He left me with no questions and gave me the right confidence. Dr. Wilson is expectational! When I was in the lounge area to wait for consult another assistant was in the back, when she passed by she was kind and said hello to me. I believe her name was Maddy. Amber the office manager came to get me and we went to her office. The door was shut for privacy which was very nice. She was thorough and went over everything and the cost and gave me options for paying. She was awesome and so nice. I left Aspen Dental with no questions. When leaving everyone of the front staff told me good bye and so did the doctor and the assistant that was with me through my appointment. I can’t wait to start my process and get my smile back! Awesome job Aspen Dental Lavale. Keep up the good work!
