Everyone displays excellent professionalism
This was an amazing experience. I went in with a toothache and needing an extraction. They were so helpful in making sure the area was properly numb, that all the options had been presented before any procedure was done and then they still managed to pull the tooth with no issues. I had been to the emergency room for 5 hours the day prior with no relieve of the the toothache but within an hour of being at aspen dental I was was already pain free. I would recommend Dr. Terrell to anyone. He is the best and all the office workers are top notch.
I am really appreciative to the fantastic team at Aspen dental and the amount of care and attention to detail they put in/ had to help me get quality dental care after a long time of not visiting the dentist. Josh the Dental hygienist was not only very thorough but happily explained everything in detail in a very easy to understand way. Same goes to Dr. Rodriguez, her presence was very comforting and her knowledge was shared in a very digestible and non-judgemental way. Dr. Lee the specialist that comes once a month did my 4 wisdom teeth removal procedure without issue. Raven has been great at overseeing matters and helping figure out finances. Nico was super personable and helpful on the day of my wisdom teeth removal, not only offering great info but a friendly face/voice as well. Jessica has been such a warm and fun point of reference at the front desk that I really have appreciated. Thank you to the whole team and all your work to bring me a quality and functional smile. Highly recommend using this dental office. Edit: also adding the swelling after the 4 wisdom teeth removal was so minimal, I went to a halloween party the next night and everyone was shocked. Credit to Dr. Lee and credit to the ladies of Aspen remembering I had a Halloween party planned and asking about it along with how my overall care and comfort has been. This is such a caring and talented team!

Explore answers to common questions so you know what to expect—before, during and after your dental crown visit at Aspen Dental in Worcester office.

A dental crown is a cap placed over a tooth to protect it. It helps fix teeth that are weak, broken or misshapen. Your Aspen Dental dentist shapes the tooth, takes a mold and then places the crown on top. The crown looks and works like a real tooth.

Dental crowns can last up to 15 years. They last longer when you brush, floss and visit your dentist often. Chewing on hard foods can wear them down. If the crown gets damaged, your dentist may be able to replace it.

Crowns don’t respond to whitening treatments, so their color remains the same. If you whiten your natural teeth, your crown may no longer blend in. For the best color match, it’s usually recommended to whiten your teeth before getting a crown.

Yes, you can eat normally once the crown is set in place. At first, it’s a good idea to chew on the other side of your mouth. Try to avoid sticky or hard foods that might loosen the crown.

Dental crowns don’t need special care, but you still need to brush and floss every day. Regular dental visits help keep the crown and your other teeth healthy. Avoid grinding your teeth and ask your Aspen Dental dentist if a night guard might help.
