Today I had my first visit to Aspin Dental, and it was the best dental appointment I have ever experienced. The technicians were excellent and extremely caring. The doctor explained in detail my oral condition and the best treatment to remedy my situation. And then there was the office manager who had me feeling more like a friend than a patient. After going through years of trying to get the dental care I needed, Aspin Dental’s staff truly brought tears of joy which I managed to hold back until I got in my car. I have an appointment tomorrow and I Elizabeth L.
What a great place! Every person from the hygienist, the dentist ( Dr Patel), to the office staff were so nice and welcoming . I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent care.
I am a chronically ill person and have spent so many hours in doctors appointments, dealing with insurance, dealing with financing ,meeting all sorts of staff members... where I am going with this is I know what an average experience looks like when it comes to your health and appointments. Aspen has gone above and beyond . They have helped me troubleshoot insurance issues, understand my financing options clearly, understood my anxiety and explained how medications I take impact my teeth (which I had no idea about). I have spoken alot with Stephanie in particular, but across the board everyone at this office has been compassionate & obviously there to help. Its a welcomed change . Thank you guys!
