Unfortunately, I had a couple disappointing experiences at a previous dental office, but my first experience (for an emergency visit) with Aspen Dental was honestly fantastic! Today I went back to establish care fully, and the team there was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Medeiros was very kind and answered any and every question I had. Tiffany, the hygienist, was also very knowledgeable and kind. My last stop for today's visit was figuring out insurance, but Joshua, the operations manager, was VERY patient, helpful, and took the time to break down everything for me so there were no doubts as to what treatments would be occurring, their costs, etc. I'd highly recommend Aspen Dental!
