Love this office in general! everyone is so nice and personable when I was getting a surgery they were laughing and telling jokes which actually helped me to calm down because I was really nervous. All around friendly environment!
I had the best experience here, they are a very helpful, friendly, fast serving company. I was so pleased with the cost of visit & treatment plan due to me recently losing insurance coverage. I would recommend anyone to find your nearest Aspen Dental & Book Today!
The scheduling experience went great. Starting with the customer service, the representative asked question to get to know me. The day before the appointment Cynthia called to give me further details telling the timeline of the appointment starting at arrival and how long it may last. When I arrived the receptionist was very helpful and It took maybe 2-3 minutes to be called in the room for X-rays. The person doing the X-rays were very patient and friendly. I struggled with the tools in my mouth and biting down, but she reassured me that I could relax and everything would be fine. I forget the hygienist’s and dentist’s name but they were great! I think Lily and Mona or Maria. They both were knowledgeable and did not judge. They answered every question about the procedures I was getting. Showed me my X-rays and pointed out the problems and how they would help me fix everything. Once I got to Cynthia to talk about billing and insurance she told me about my payment options. We talked about other things and she made me feel very comfortable.

You can usually remove gauze once bleeding has stopped, which may take a few hours after your procedure. Your provider will give you specific instructions to help you heal safely. It’s important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure you fully recover.
If your procedure involves sedation, fasting for several hours ahead of your visit may be required. Your provider will let you know exactly how to prepare. For simple extractions with local anesthesia only, fasting is usually not necessary. If you have questions, reach out to your local Aspen Dental office for further details.
Soft foods are recommended for the first 24 to 48 hours. Options include yogurt, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, soft pastas and smoothies. As healing progresses, you can reintroduce solid foods when it feels right for you.
