My experience at Aspen Dental was absolutely amazing‼️After weeks of tooth pain, I was nervous about going in, but from the very first call with Ms. Christy, I knew I was in good hands. She was professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable even when discussing payment without insurance.
When I arrived, Ms. Jewel greeted me with a warm and welcoming attitude, even while training someone. She made the check-in process smooth and easy. I was quickly called to the back by Ms. Vianca, who worked efficiently with no long wait time.
Dr. Phillips and Dr. Williamson were both incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Their care, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out.
What impressed me the most was the teamwork and leadership displayed by the entire staff. I felt valued, respected, and cared for every step of the way. Even without insurance, Ms. Christy went above and beyond to make everything work for me She is truly the MVP‼️♥️🥰
