I can't say enough about the team here at Madisonville. I have had terrible dental anxiety my whole life but it was getting time to make some major decisions about my oral care because my top teeth have given my troubles for as long as I can remember. We came up with a plan to remove all of my top teeth, install 4 implants, and go for implant dentures. The healing was the worst part but that is expected with that type of surgery as the body tries to heal. I asked for custom additions to my dentures and nitpicked every detail once my permanent teeth were made, and not once was anyone offended, put off, or aggravated to make subtle changes to really dial in the fit and appearance of my teeth. I asked for both canines to be made in gold, pointed, and elongated. They never once said "we can't do that" or "you shouldn't do this", they made it happen, no matter what the request. I am now the proud owner of this beautiful set of teeth. My confidence is higher, I feel so much better about my smile, something I haven't been able to do much for most of my life. The team here, always friendly, always smiling, always willing to help. They went out of their way to make me comfortable, knowing I have dental anxiety. They know me by name, when I walk in they know what I'm there for without ever checking in. We have built that relationship where I know the care I'm getting is going to be exactly what I wanted and more. This is my forever home for dental care and I thank the entire team for every single thing they did for me!
