The front desk canceled my appointment without letting me know. Then they claimed that they called me numerous times. No record of them calling me. Aspen is in my contacts.
Smart phones capture everything. I felt disrespected. I was bombarded by way too many text messages confirming my appointment that Aspen changed, not the new date but the original appointment. I had to opt out from the inaccurate notifications. Again the office blames Corporate and accepts no responsibility
Billing, some stuff sent to my insurance, some stuff isn't.
All of the additional charges are related to a defect with the bottom denture. The bottom denture has gone back to the lab many times to patch a piece of the material that broke off. I bought the top package with the best warranty. Why the extra charges? When I ask the front desk, I'm told that Corporate sends out the billing and the miss coding. Then tells me "well we'll just waive the bill". How about increasing the effort to get the bill correct. I'm glad that I challenged the last "bill" and didn't just pay it. I paid over $700 recently that wasn't included in the estimate. You have my insurance information. Yes the med coverage can change yearly. Was any efforts made to check with my insurance provider Yes I know that I signed an agreement to cover anything the insurance doesn't cover.
Huge difference in the front staff and the back staff.
I primarily see Angie and Dr Young. They are the reason for the 5 star review. They commicate, they remember you and are truly glad to see you. You can tell that they enjoy their job.
The office is always clean, the waiting room is just big enough to accommodate the patrons.
