I just love this dental office. Friendly staff from the nice lady at the front desk to the girls in the back that help individual patients. Today I worked with Robyn on getting my new dentures and she took her time to make sure everything was right for me. In the past I worked with Rochelle who is also very caring and knowledgeable. And Doctor Dinn is the best dentist ever! If you’re in need of any dental service, my advise is to go here

Dr. Dinn and Rochelle were amazing and gentle!! Will definitely be back!

From calling at 10:30 Monday and being seen at 1:30 the same day...AWSOME!! From the appt maker, Jeff I think to the quckest sweetest checkin person ( sorry I forgot her name) to Miss Rochelle, well all I can say is I have found my new dentist. I had a cracked upper denture due to an accident at home. I was in the door and my repair was done on site. WOW!!!! Less than an hour. My denture was cracked all the way across the front and for the service I received plus the quality of work that was done...very impressed. I was quoted pricing and for a full upper xray and emergency service $180.00 was very appropriate. I am very satisfied. Thanks Aspen Dental.

If you’re dealing with ongoing tooth pain or infection, a root canal may be the recommended treatment. At Aspen Dental in Kansas City, our care team provides root canal treatment close to home—so you don’t have to wait to feel relief.

What is a root canal?

A root canal is an endodontic treatment that cleans infection inside your tooth so we can save it instead of taking it out. If left untreated, the pulp that has nerves or tissue may die as a result of infection. Left untreated, an infected tooth can cause damage and lead to other issues. At Aspen Dental, your comfort is our priority at every step—we’ll explain everything and keep you comfortable throughout the process. If cost is what’s holding you back, don’t delay your visit—we accept most insurances and financing options—so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

What’s the process of getting a root canal at Aspen Dental?

At Aspen Dental, your comfort is our priority at every step:

Do I need root canal treatment?

You might need root canal treatment if you notice: tooth pain that doesn’t go away, sensitivity to hot or cold even after the infection is gone, pain when chewing, a cracked or broken tooth exposing the nerve, swelling in the gums or jaw, or a tooth that looks darker than the rest. These are all signs of infection, and by treating it quickly, Aspen Dental could save your tooth.
