Super nice and accommodating!

My visit to Aspen Dental was exceptional from when I made my first appointment to when l walked out of the door. Making the appointment was quick and the person who answered was friendly and helpful. When I arrived at the Woodstock office I was greeted as soon as entered. Registration was easy and the wait time very short. A series of comprehensive X-rays were taken, which was a first for me. I’ve had X-rays previously but never this comprehensive. Very impressive. After this I met with Sarai who did a 3-D scan of my teeth. She informed me of the results and recommended the cleaning treatment I should have. Later that day she did the cleaning later in the day as they had an opening. What a kind and professional person she was. Due to the procedure I needed Novocain and could barely feel the shot given. Every office needs someone like Sarai! On to Dr. Kim. I can’t say enough about her, the depth of her knowledge, and her explaining it so I knew exactly what my options were and the results of each one. She also listened to my concerns and took that into consideration. Her assistant, Miranda, was right on target with everything. They worked together with the tooth extraction (painless, I must say), like a well-oiled machine. Exceptional! Of course there comes a time to pay and discuss insurance. Michelle was beyond pleasant and understood where I was coming from. All options were provided prior to any work being done. She took time to explain my options, ran the numbers to show me the cost of the different options, and there was absolutely no pressure to choose one over the other. This entire office is there to serve their patients and make sure you are happy when you walk out. I for one will definitely continue with my dental work being provided by Aspen Dental in Woodstock. 😊

Dental Hygeinist Sarai performed best cleaning I have ever experiences, and I am almost 70 yrs. old so that is compared to a whole lot of teeth cleanings. She was very thorough, using numerous instruments to get to every hard to reach place. And the staff are super friendly. Glad I found Aspen Dental in Woodstock, IL.
