I went into the Joliet location yesterday 04/19/18 just to inquire about their services and I must say Jessica the office manager who greeted me was absolutely professional, courteous, and very informative. I was able to get an exam (I came in at 5:30 P.M.) x-rays, and an estimate which took a while and the cost for as long as it took was so very affordable. The staff and doctor where attentive and very professional also and explained everything to where I even understood lol, At the end I sat down with Jessica to talk about the cost, time, and appointment and I have to say that she worked on the pricing to where it was affordable for me a 62 year old with less income then I was used to in my younger days. Now I have to prepare for the work to be done and I will follow up with another review later.
