From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge, special thank you to Dr. Pickard and Rhea—they were both so informative and took the time to explain everything clearly. More importantly, they were extremely sensitive and kind regarding my dental anxiety, which made a world of difference in my comfort level.
While the wait time was a tad long, it is 100% understandable once you experience the quality of work they do. Their level of care and attention to detail is more than worth the wait. On top of the great service, the pricing was also very fair and competitive.
If you’re looking for a dental office that actually listens and treats you with compassion this is it. Thank you guys so much.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Operational Manager Rhea Jenkins at Aspen Dental. From the moment I reached out to Rhea via electronic transmission, I was extremely upset because I urgently needed my X‑rays sent to a different provider for an upcoming appointment. Rhea explained that the standard process requires opening a corporate ticket, which typically takes up to three business days — a timeline that would have caused me to miss my appointment entirely.
Instead of letting that happen, Rhea immediately took ownership of the situation. She worked quickly, efficiently, and with a level of professionalism that truly stood out. She escalated the request, kept me updated every step of the way through email, and managed to expedite the process so that my X‑rays were delivered in time. Her communication was clear, her actions were proactive, and her commitment to resolving the issue never wavered.
As someone who also works in healthcare, I recognize strong leadership when I see it. Rhea demonstrated not only excellent problem‑solving skills but also a genuine effort to prevent further member abrasion — something that is invaluable in patient‑facing environments. Her work ethic, empathy, and dedication should not go unnoticed.
