I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I came in with a lot of pain due to a last-minute dental emergency, and although I had to wait a bit to be seen, I was really grateful they were able to fit me in and help me get some relief.
Dr. K was really nice and thoughtful. He has a great attitude, and I appreciated how he took the time to explain my treatment plan and answer my questions. Sometimes you get news you don’t want to hear, but it makes a big difference when you feel like you have someone you can trust to guide you through it.
I had been putting off dealing with some dental issues because I was honestly scared, but I’m glad I finally went. Everything went well, and I definitely feel a lot more comfortable about going to the dentist now. Really appreciate Dr. K and the team!
I hardly post reviews but I wanted to post about one of the staff members named Anu. She was awesome ! She was warm friendly and helped me when I needed to get my Fillin fixed. I was told to come in on Monday to fix it but the dentist had an emergency surgery. I waited over an hour without explanation. I was livid! I left work early just to be told I might have to wait another hour. She was very empathetic to my complaints. She promised to call me the next day and she got me in the next day to see the dentist with no issues. She actually called me as promised and had lots of empathy for my tooth pain. It makes all the difference when the staff is warm, empathetic and keeps their promise to call and follow up. Thanks Anu! Also the dentist there is amazing. She always does an awesome job and is very funny. Great staff overall-

I’m willing to wait for thorough, complete care. My experience was long, but Dr. K. explained every image, issue, and option. The best option for me was out of my budget, & then Dr. K. Worked it out to where I could afford it. Really. I’m grateful for Dr K. & team for their care, & getting me out of pain!! I recommend anyone needing quality care to immediately head to Aspen Dental Loganville! Thank Me Later.
