I had super anxiety about going because I have an infection in my molar. However the tech calmed me down talked to me and helped me with my anxiety. I was so nervous during the Xrays. All the staff are friendly courteous and greet you with a smile. The dentist also was very helpful and we put a plan together for my treatment. Going back again!
My insurance company referred me to a dentist in Columbus back in May so come to find out when u r a new patient u have to get on their roster for a month so June 1st was a month so I called the dentist office and they still hadn't got the roster so by me being in so much pain I called Aspen Dental on last Friday and they went right ahead and scheduled me an appointment for today 6/10/2016. They pulled my tooth and everything. The staff is so friendly at Aspen. I am pain free.
I had a great experience here at Aspen Dental they got me in for a dental emergency and pulled the tooth the same day the Kate was incredibly helpful and worked with me on a person to person basis making my experience a great one.
