Great experience

This Aspen office called me 5 minutes after scheduling my visit online. It was a nice surprise as other dentists I tried to schedule either were unresponsive or put me on hold when I called to get appointment info. The check in and diagnostics were fast and friendly. Dr. Park explained and showed all the problem areas I have in detail on-screen. He is all smiles and very empathetic. He took the time to discuss in a respectful and friendly manner my concerns and questions I had about the treatment plan. Then miss Lee "Chaos Coordinator" guided me through the scheduling and financial planning in a professional, but warm and friendly manner. First step was deep cleaning by Christopher. Great results and experience, no pain, relaxed ambiance during treatment, and he was willing to patiently address after-care steps and questions I had. I will update this review after the next steps, but so far I am very pleased with results and the overall experience.

After dealing with dental pain for quite some time I woke up to horrific pain, not only were they able to get me in same day, the staff was extremely caring. You can tell they all truly cared. From Ariel, to chris, to even the Dr. Park. Once they looked at my tooth they deemed that it needed to be pulled. They stayed after hours to insure it was taken care of that day! Will absolutely go back and HIGHLY recommend
