My experience at Aspen Dental was awesome , Dr. Jindu was very personable , his personality along with his assistant was awesome , he explained everthing that he was about to do . My experience was great, he extracted my tooth and several injections to numb me , he was gentle. All the staff was professional , the music they where playing helped me to relax as well. The only thing I found wasn’t enough chairs in the waiting room, even though I didn’t wait to long to be called to the back.. please experience for yourself you won’t regret it.
Dana was amazing great customer service
First of all, I didn't have a long wait even though I was a walk-in. He pulled my wisdom teeth without major surgery and major anesthesia... I'm ABSOLUTELY excited and amazed because I didn't even realize he was done even though I was completely coherent and wide awake. It was that quick. Must I remind you that I'm that girl whose super terrified of the dentist. I was the one who had my mom with me at the dentist while being an adult. My mom passed last year so I had to do this alone. God was with me and I had a good experience. The staff was amazing from the receptionist who checked me in even to Dana, the person who handles the financial part. Super understanding and super nice and they saw how much pain I was in and took care of your girl. They got a patient for life....
