They were wonderful there. I have such a hard time getting X-rays on my teeth and the ladies there were very patient and worked with me to get it done, didn’t make me feel horrible for being such a difficult patient with it like I’ve had with previous dentists. The dentist is fantastic and very sweet. They all were. Loved the 101 Dalmatian costumes they did too. Look forward to coming to y’all from here on to get my teeth cleaned and fixed. <3
When you first walk in to the office there is the nicest young man who has to deal with the public. Poor guy, I mean, it’s not like anyone is looking forward to going to the dentist and don’t even get me started on dental insurance! Needles to say, he’s always so patient and understanding while dealing with our fears and frustration.
While I was there I saw two dentists. Both were so knowledgeable and took the time to explain things while answering all my questions. I had an infected tooth and they were gentle when examining my teeth. Even when my tooth was extracted she was careful, always making sure that I wasn’t in any pain.
Melody, my dental hygienist, was amazing! She was very gentle while cleaning my teeth and educated me on proper dental hygiene and care. You could tell that she genuinely cared about the patient!
Last but not least, there was the sweet young lady that had to explain your bill and why your dental insurance wasn’t covering everything you thought they would. All I can say is bless her heart! Thats a tough job and she handles it so well!
It’s very seldom you go to a dental office and are treated so well by everyone you encounter. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to my friends!
