I had a great experience at Aspen Dental today and wanted to share it because honesty in healthcare matters.
Just last week, I went to another dental office and was told I needed a crown and that I had a cavity around one of my fillings. The total treatment they recommended was going to cost me close to $2,000.
Today, I visited Aspen Dental to have my TMJ joint evaluated and decided to have them take a look at that same tooth. After reviewing my X-rays and examining everything thoroughly, they told me I did not have a cavity and that I did not need a crown. Instead, they simply polished and smoothed the area around the filling, which solved the issue.
I also had impressions done for a custom night guard, and my total cost for everything was only around $200.
The entire staff was fantastic. The woman who took my X-rays was cheerful, positive, and made me feel comfortable right away. The team member who helped with my night guard fitting was friendly and professional, and the doctor was excellent. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood my options before making any decisions.
After being told I needed thousands of dollars in dental work elsewhere, it was refreshing to find a dental office that was honest, straightforward, and focused on what I actually needed.
I highly recommend Aspen Dental and truly appreciate the care and integrity they showed today. Thank you for helping me avoid unnecessary dental work and giving me peace of mind!
