Honestly , careful , friendly best experience 10/10
Great đ
My experience started off good with the first contact call. The girl who took my call was very informative and showed the utmost concern in my situation. She was very confident and helpful in me making a decision on my next step. The experience got even better once I entered the office for my initial visit. From the receptionist to each doctor that assisted me in the process was extremely courteous and professional and caring with the results I wanted to achieve. They offered the option of finance through a third party that had various options to suit any need. The time frame they quoted I found to be very reasonable and timely. I am already looking forward to my next visit too getting my replacement dentures. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs, they treat you like family and a person of value with deep regards to your quality of life in providing you with a perfect smile. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
Yours truly Keith
I recently had a motorcycle accident that caused me some issues with my lower teeth (the ones I had left), and they scheduled me with urgency as I was in unwanted pain and throbbing. They gave me instruction over the phone for appropriate medication to control the pain until my appointment.
From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with empathy and a warm sense of kindness. From the intern to the doctor to the impressionist they all made me feel comfortable and were a pleasure to talk to, like friends that you miss.
Dr. Vukelich was the best in her bedside manor and forthcoming with options and hearing my opinion and concerns. I would follow her no matter where she goes from here. And the finance counselor that helped me is a step above any other I've dealt with in any place of business. She was most helpful in a most delicate matter...finances.
She explained my options and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I have very high regards with this office ran by Dr. Cartagena and I will recommend this Aspen Dental to anyone that asks here in Lakeland Florida.
I am actually looking forward to my next visit. And that says alot since nobody wants to go see a dentist. This team is the exception.
