The experience I had this morning was exceptional. From the time Star the day before called to confirm my appointment just her personality made me feel so comfortable keeping my appointment. Walked in and the greeting truly made me realize I was in the right place and I felt at ease.
Patricia was so nice and very professional and stayed with me from start to finish. She helped me get rid of any anxiety I had walking into the office.
The hygienist was so kind and so patient and made me do comfortable that I went ahead and started my cleaning same day. Usually I would have to think about it.
The dentist then came in and that gave me all the confirmation that I found a place I can finally get all my work done I’ve put off for years!!!!
Amanda, the operations manager had an energy that goes without saying. She was so sweet and the best vibes I had seen in a long time. She was beyond helpful and I look forward to getting this work done bc I finally found a caring dentist and the staff is amazing as well.
