Aspen Dental of Lake City left no stone unturned.
I broke my denture by unintentionally dropping it on the floor last night. I was devastated. Aspen Dental got me into the office this morning. The staff were professional, kind, caring, and guided me through step by step with not only the process of repairing my 3 severely broken parts of my denture and guiding me how to eat gently with the repaired ones, they said it was time to purchase a new upper denture. They walked me through the whole process, and even got my new impressions done tonight even after closing hours for my new denture to be ready in 3 weeks.
I thanked all of the staff profusely. They just kept telling me, "You're going to be ok, we got you and this is our job.".
Even the lab technician (Tony) came over to chat with me, he answered all of my millions of questions with patience, he listened to me without interrupting, he let me know that my broken denture is not the worst denture he has ever encountered that he could repair. He gave me hope and got me to relax my anxiety. They all did.
The gentleman Beau walked me through the payment schedule, he wasn't pushy, he was patient with me with my numerous questions and got me to stay after closing hours to get new impressions tonight for my new denture.
They communicated so much to me, more than my nightmare of a denture procedure in High Springs that I had 2 years ago.

Wonderful people, and wonderful service! It was a wonderful experience here at Aspen dental. On of the better experiences I have had at a dental office, great service and they helped me get my teeth taken care of properly!
