BEST Aspen location!!!! The entire practice is top tier from Ashley who is the office manager always being so kind, welcoming and seriously the best customer service I’ve ever seen! The rest of the women in the front and back were also kind, had amazing teamwork and really showed deep compassion for the patients and how to help them. None of them came off money hungry or just trying to rush you out the door from what I witnessed and it’s hard to find that nowadays. They really get so personal and truly want to help their community and I’m all for it! As far as my experience, I have NEVER had any major work done, just didn’t have the insurance or enough money to handle anything I needed done, along with my fear of needles in my mouth. Well yesterday, I finally faced my fears and got an extraction on a really bad wisdom tooth that was overdue with coming out. I already have bad anxiety and was honestly terrified to feel the needle or the thought of me still feeling any type of pain after being numbed. However, Dr. Amer and his Dental Assistant Isabelle completely took that fear away! He was so gentle, understood my anxiety and my tooth was out in 5 MINUTES!!! It still blows my mind that I felt absolutely nothing from the needle stick to my tooth coming out and a day later, still NO PAIN!!!! A fear that I didn’t think I could overcome, finally happened and I cried happy tears and laughed at the same time because it really is all mental and wasn’t even close to how my mind thought how it was going to go or feel. Moving forward, all my future work will be done here. I have never felt so understood, welcomed and relaxed at a practice. The atmosphere truly felt like family! AMAZING JOB!!!!! *Chef’s Kiss*
