When I arrived, Erin and Kacey were so friendly and kindly helped me with my check in process and answered all my questions and concerns. When I was taken back to X-rays, Kayla was so sweet and patient with me, even when I was having trouble with some. Next was my visit with Dr Montiel. He was very professional and friendly and good at explaining so that I could understand. I needed to have a deep cleaning, and they were able to fit me in the same day. Alaa the hygienist was amazing. It had been a while since I had had a cleaning, so he had to really get under my gums but he was so sweet and kept checking that I was OK often. I didn't have any soreness after either. Finally, I had my consult with the office manager Therese. She kindly went through all of the treatment plans and options for me, explained what my insurance covered and offered me payment options. I would highly recommend seeing anyone in this office and I will definitely be back.
My hygienist was the sweetest one. He went above and beyond to help make sure I was comfortable during a periodontal cleaning. Everyone had patience with all my questions. I got in the same day as my initial visit. That's never happened before anywhere other than a school.
The whole staff/team was great. Everything went quick. The Dentist was awesome! Wonderful experience for the situation. Definitely will return.
