I was worried because of all the negative reviews online but I'm surprised how kind everyone was.
This morning I was able to get an emergency appointment for 7:30 in the morning. Upon arrival they took my information at the front desk and they were both very professional and kind. I was roomed in a very short time after getting some X-rays from what I think was the dental assistant. She was very kind and had a very caring way about herself as I’m a difficult patient with a bad gag reflex. After getting in the chair the doctor came in to evaluate my issue and was very confident and prompt that he could resolve my extraction without needing an oral surgeon. I gave him my permission to move forward as he spoke clearly and confidently. I was extremely nervous as I’ve never had a tooth removed but his assistant Was very calm and assured me I was in good hands. The overall removal of the tooth was fast and painless other than a slight pinch for the numbing needle. I’d recommend this branch of delta dental in Bristol to anyone who needs their teeth worked on based on my first time experience with them. I’d also like to thank the office manager. She was also very friendly and informative about the small balance I had to pay after what my insurance paid. Overall excellent doctor and all his supporting staff.
