This was my first time visiting Aspen Dental. I'm quite afraid of dentists, some bad experiences over the years, but do understand the importance of good oral hygiene & treating my chompers to regular spa treatments.
The office area is bright & airy, receptionists cheery & welcoming. I met with a dental assistant who talked me through the x-ray process. In the exam room I was introduced to my future hygienist. We went through results & agreed on a plan for my next visit. Next was my lovely dentist. We talked through my x-rays and plan for future visit. Btw.... I loved the bamboo etched glass! It was a great distraction, helped me to focus on my breathing whilst my mouth was being probed. :D
Checkout was a breeze. I'm a cash customer. Pricing, I felt was competitive.
I'm absolutely going back next week.
The whole experience/environment was positive, the staff professional, warm, cheery, inviting. Sorry I can't remember anyone's name. I'll get to know your names with future visits.
All the dental assistants and dentist are very knowledgeable and kind! I felt very cared for.
The 2 Ashley's and Dr Jennifer were al wonderful. They were friendly, caring and professional and made me feel welcome. They listened to my concerns and we worked out a plan.
