I had a tooth break up into my gum line, like completely broken OUT crown gone, gaping hole. The tooth broke when I had surgery done with another dentist years ago, and between fear and embarrassment I never had it tended to.. Dr Patel and her team were absolutely outstanding. The entire experience from the waiting room to wrapping up with paperwork was very pleasant. Staff in front office took over an hour to help me resolve insurance issues and troubleshoot ( keep in mind this was the day before Thanksgiving I KNOW everyone would have rather been home ! But you would have never known - she was so friendly and kind - Jillian) The young man that was working beneath Dr Patel was proficient, explained the process, and was very compassionate and understanding of my fear. Dr Patel herself was friendly , quick (I had estimated this to take 45min-1hr she was done in 20 mins!) Mouth is sore, but they're victory pains. Lengthy comment was worth writing, they kick ass , if you're scared please choose Dr Patel

Staff was very friendly & thorough. We were able to get an appointment the Sams day we applied.
